Customer Review:

ADCO engineer approached a fault with our boiler as if it were a fault with his own. Thoroughly and diligently diagnosed the problem; didn't waste our time or money; didn't immediately suggest we needed a new boiler when the problem proved to be tricky to diagnose. Have already recommended them to family and friends and will do so from now on. Excellent service.

Project description:


We had received a telephone call from Adam after we were highly recommended to him by a number of people on Twitter. Adam explained that he was having problems with his Worcester 35cdi Combi Boiler igniting and asked if we would be able to call at his home in Hoole Chester to fix the problem, we immediately booked Adam in for the following morning as we already had a customer a few doors down on his road booked in for their annual boiler service.

Upon arrival Anthony began checking the boiler and immediately found the problem was with the gas valve, straight away he used pressurised air to unstick the solenoids on the valve and then refitted it and tested for gas tightness, a full test was carried out afterwards and the boiler was working perfectly and Adam had his home warm and cosy again.
