The whole experience was excellent. Every member of staff I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. The quote was excellent, very competitive and timescales to complete the work was efficient. 

The guys that fitted the boiler were friendly and cleaned up after themselves, showing us how to work the new system. 

We also had a radiator fitted which unfortunately showed up a pre existing leak. The engineers helped us with gathering evidence for the insurance company and ensured they fixed what they could to allow us to have hot water and heating, vastly impacting their own day. 

I would highly recommend.
